Visit Wicklow’s historic Gaol to experience Gaol life in the 18th century. You pay to get in but they will set you free about an hour later. Gaol life is acted out by your guides and lifelike manikins. A chilling experience.

A fine Georgian house built in 1777 and the home of one of Ireland’s famous political leaders, Charles Stuart Parnell. Set in 500 acres of woodland and parkland and possessing many hiking trails. Tour the house and enjoy a walk.

Now managed by the Botanic Gardens in Dublin, Kilmacurragh is a 52 acre garden of plant species from across the globe. Kilmacurragh is particularly famous for its Conifers and Rhododendrons.
